CHAP. 877.— An Act granting a pension to Ellen J. Snedaker.August 13, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen J. Snedaker.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen J. Snedaker. the dependent mother of James W. Snedaker, late second lieutenant of Company D, One hundred and eleventh Regiment New York State Volunteers, and of Albert I. Snedaker, late a private in the same company and regiment. Approved, August 13, 1888.
