CHAP. 87.— An Act granting a pension to Delia U. Peck.April 12, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Delia U. Peck.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Delia U. Peck, widow of Thomas S. Peck, late private in Company (unassigned) of Twenty-second Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers. Approved, April 12, 1888.
