CHAP. 858.— An Act granting a pension to Mary C. Davis.August 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the. United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary C. Davis.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mrs. Mary C. Davis, formerly widow of William M. Worsham. Major of the Twelfth Regiment of Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, United States Army, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 9, 1888.
