CHAP. 857.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Betsy Lockwood.August 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,Betsy Lockwood.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mrs. Betsy Lockwood, daughter of Joseph Mather, deceased, and a commissioned officer of the war of the Revolution, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, August 9, 1888.
