CHAP. 850.— An Act granting a pension to Malinda Hardin.August 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Malinda Hardin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Malinda Hardin, mother of J. G. Hardin, late a second lieutenant in Company K. Fifth Regiment of Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry. Approved, August 9, 1888.
