CHAP. 85.— An act restoring to the pension-roll the name of James Monohan, minor child of Richard Monohan, deceased.January 17, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Monohan. Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of James Monohan, minor child of Richard Monohan, deceased, late a private in Company A, One hundred and eighty-sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and to pay said child, or to his guardian, the remaining pension that he would have received had his name not been stricken from the roll.
