CHAP. 85.— An Act granting a pension to William C. Wait.April 12, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William C. Wait.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of William C. Wait, late a private in Company C, of the Fifth Vermont Volunteers, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 12, 1888.
