CHAP. 833.— An Act to place the name of Samuel Massey on the pension-roll.August 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Massey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Samuel Massey, of Charleston, Swain County, North Carolina, on the pension-roll, and pay him the pension of a captain, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 9, 1888.
