CHAP. 832.— An Act to place the name of John J. Mitchell on the pension-roll.August 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John J. Mitchell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John J. Mitchell, late of Company A. One hundred and tenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, August 9, 1888.
