CHAP. 830.— An Act to grant a pension to Elizabeth O’Laughlin, the helpless and invalid daughter of Dennis O’Laughlin, late a member of Company I, Ninth Minnesota Volunteer Infantry.August 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth O’Laughlin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place upon the pension-roll. at eighteen dollars per month, the name of Elizabeth O’Laughlin, the helpless and invalid daughter of Dennis O’Laughlin. deceased, and late a member of Company I, Ninth Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay the same to her legally constituted guardian.
