CHAP. 828.— An Act increasing the pension of William J. Heady.August 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William J. Heady.Pension increased.Vol. 24. p. 846. That the pension of William J. Heady, who was pensioned by act of Congress, approved July sixth, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-six, be increased to the sum of fifty dollars a month, from and after the passage of this act, owing to increased disability. Approved, August 9, 1888.
