CHAP. 826.— An Act restoring to the pension-roll the name of Cynthia J. Carlton.August 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cynthia J. Carlton.Pension restored.. That the Secretary of the Interior be authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of Mrs Cynthia J. Carlton, widow of Henry Carlton, late captain in the Twenty-second Regiment of Michigan Volunteers, and pay her a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, August 9, 1888.
