CHAP. 807.— An Act granting a pension to William C. Tilly.August 8, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William C. Tilly.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to inscribe on the pension-rolls the name of William C. Tilly, date a private of Company B. Fourth Tennessee Infantry Volunteers, at the rate of eight dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, August 8, 1888.
