CHAP. 804.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Foster.August 8, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Foster.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Foster, mother of Ezra P Foster late a private of Company A. Eighth Maine Volunteers. Approved, August 8, 1888.
