Garrison.August 8, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel F. C. Garrison.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be directed to place the name of Samuel F. C. Garrison. late chaplain Fortieth Regiment Iowa Volunteers, now a resident of El Dorado, Kansas, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
