CHAP. 780.— An Act granting a pension to the widow of Samuel Clary.August 7, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ann Clary.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ann Clary, the widow of Samuel Clary, late a private in Company I, Twenty-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, August 7, 1888.
