CHAP. 775.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Kelley.August 7, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Kelley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mary Kelley, widow of Daniel Kelley, late private of Company B. of the Eighth Regiment of Pennsylvania Cavalry Volunteers, on the pension-roll, and pay to her a pension, subject to the rules and regulations of the Pension Office. Approved, August 7, 1888.
