CHAP. 77.— An act granting a pension to Myra Sinclair.January 17, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Myra Sinclair. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Myra Sinclair, a volunteer nurse in the late war, giving her the sum of twelve dollars a month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, January 17, 1889.
