CHAP. 768.— An Act granting a pension to James T. Bourland.August 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James T. Bourland.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James T. Bourland, late of Company A, Twenty-sixth Regiment of Illinois Infantry. Approved, August 6, 1888.
