CHAP. 761.— An Act granting a pension to Gustave E. Peters.August 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Gustave E. Peters.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Gustave E. Peters, late of Company K, Twenty-ninth Michigan Volunteers. Approved, August 6, 1888.
