CHAP. 759.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Joseph Verbisky.August 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph Verbisky.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph Verbisky, late of the Second Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, August 6, 1888.
