CHAP. 715.— An Act to construct a road to the national cemetery at Baton Rouge, Louisiana.July 25, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Appropriation for road to national cemetery, Baton Rouge, La. That the sum of fifteen thousand dollars be. and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of constructing a graveled road from the Mississippi River to the national cemetery at Baton Rouge, in the State of Louisiana: *Provided*, That said road shall be constructed under the supervision*Provisos*.Contract. of the Secretary of War upon a contract let to the lowest bidder: *And provided further*, That the city of Baton Rouge shall bind itself to keep the road in thorough repairRepair. and in good condition, and if necessary, to further bind itself to put in suitable curbs and gutters on each side of said road.
