CHAP. 710.— An Act granting an increase of pension to C. R. Thomas.July 24, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,C. R. Thomas.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to grant an increase of pension to C. R. Thomas, late a corporal Company D, Sixty-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, whose pension certificate is numbered one hundred and twenty thousand one hundred and seventy-one, and pay him a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, July 24, 1888.
