CHAP. 709.— An Act granting a pension to Fannie A. Kimball.July 24, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fannie A. Kimball.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Fannie A. Kimball, the blind daughter of Charles A. Kimball, deceased, late sergeant Battery D, First Rhode Island Light Artillery, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, July 24, 1888.
