CHAP. 698.— An Act for the relief of Zeb Ward, of Little Rock, Arkansas.July 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Zeb Ward.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Zeb Ward, of Little Rock, Arkansas, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of nineteen thousand six hundred and fifteen dollars, balance of the account of said Ward for the keeping of United States prisoners in the State penitentiary of Arkansas, from April first, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, to March thirty-first, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, the said Ward being the lessee of said penitentiary during that time.
