CHAP. 697.— An Act granting a pension to Hannah Babb Hutchins.July 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hannah Babb Hutchins.Pension increased.Vol. 24, p. 851. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hannah Babb Hutchins, a volunteer nurse in the war of the rebellion, and pay her a pension of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the one now received by her. Approved, July 23, 1888.
