CHAP. 683.— An Act granting a pension to Martin N. Kellogg.July 19, 1888. *Be it enacted by the, Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martin N. Kellogg.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the mime of Martin N. Kellogg, a Mexican war veteran, who served in Company H. Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, and to pay him a pension of seventy-two dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, July 19, 1888.
