CHAP. 68.— An act granting a pension to Samuel M. Reese.January 17, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel M. Reese. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Samuel M. Reese, late private Company B, One hundred and fiftieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, January 17, 1889.
