CHAP. 68.— An Act to increase the pension of Mrs. Apolline A. Blair.April 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Apolline A. Blair.Pension increased.Vol. 23, p. 594. That Apolline A. Blair, widow of the late Francis P. Blair, junior, a major-general of United States volunteers in the late war for the Union, shall be paid, from the passage of this act, a pension of two thousand dollars per annum, in lieu of the pension of fifty dollars per month now paid to her. Approved, April 6, 1888.
