CHAP. 651.— An Act granting a pension to Benjamin F. Howard.July 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Benjamin F. Howard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Benjamin F. Howard, a helpless cripple from the age of six years, and a son of Eli Howard, late a member of Company D. of the Ninety-ninth Indiana Volunteers, on the pension-roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, July 16, 1888.
