CHAP. 648.— An Act granting a pension to Emily W. Ogden.July 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Emily W. Ogden.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily W. Ogden, widow of Cornelius A. 1127 Ogden, late a major in the United States Army, who died while in the service, in eighteen hundred and fifty-six, and to pay her a pension of thirty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, July 16, 1888.
