CHAP. 646.— An Act granting a pension to Caroline R. Haseltine.July 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,Caroline R. Haseltine.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Caroline R. Haseltine, mother of Edward C. Haseltine, late ensign in the United States Navy from New Hampshire, and pay her at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, July 16, 1888.
