CHAP. 641.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William Winans.July 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Winans.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Winans, late corporal of Company B, First Regiment of New York Cavalry, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, and such pension shall be in lieu of the sixteen dollars per month heretofore allowed him and which he is now receiving. Approved, July 16, 1888.
