CHAP. 64.— An act for the relief of A. P. Swineford.January 16, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. P. Swineford. Payment of salary to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to A. P. Swineford, governor of Alaska, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six hundred and eleven dollars and thirty-eight cents, amount of salary from July first to September thirteenth, eighteen hundred and eighty-five. Approved, January 16, 1889.
