CHAP. 63.— An act granting a pension to Jesse Spencer.January 16, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jesse Spencer. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jesse Spencer, late a private of Company M, Second Regiment of Pennsylvania Cavalry. Approved, January 16, 1889.
