CHAP. 62.— An Act for the relief of Peter Marck, Thomas J. Wright, administrator, and others.April 4, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Payment to crew of “Prima Donna.” That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Joseph Scott.Widow of.to Eliza Scott, widow of Joseph Scott, deceased, late captain of the steamer Prima Donna, one thousand one hundred and seven dollars and twenty-five cents;
To Isaac M. Clement, or to his legal representatives, six hundredIsaac M. Clement. and ninety-eight dollars and twenty-five cents; To Thomas J. Wright, administrator of David Vaughn, deceased,David Vaughn.Aministrator. three hundred and sixty-five dollars; To Barney J. Schooley, or his legal representatives, sixty dollarsBarney J. Schooley. and fifty cents; To Frederick Kimmerly, two hundred and fifty-four dollars andFrederick Kimmerly. eighty-three cents; To Peter Marck, one hundred and forty-four dollars andPeter Marck. eight cents;
To Frederick Smith, two hundred and ten dollars andFrederick Smith. fifty-eight cents; To Thomas Miller, two hundred and ten dollars andThomas Miller. fifty-eight cents; To Owen McNabb, two hundred and ten dollars and fifty-eightOwen McNabb. cents, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated; the same being compensation in full for time and commutation for rations while held as prisoners of war after being captured from the steamboat Prima Donna, in eighteen hundred and sixty-four, as will appear in the findings of facts by the Court of Claims in Con- 1031gressional case numbered one hundred and twenty-three, certified to your committee by said court on the eighteenth day of February, eighteen hundred and eighty-six (Miscellaneous Document Number One hundred and twenty-six).
