CHAP. 619.— An Act to place the name of Rev. Stephen M. Collis on the muster-roll of the Thirteenth Tennessee Cavalry as chaplain thereof.July 12, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,Stephen M. Collis.Muster corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Stephen M. Collis on the muster-roll of the Thirteenth Tennessee Cavalry as chaplain thereof, and that he be mustered from the first day of April, 1123 eighteen hundred and sixty-five, and mustered out on the first day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

[Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
