CHAP. 611.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Ann Atkinson.July 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ann Atkinson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ann Atkinson, late widow of Hopeful Toler, late a soldier in Captain Henry Saint George Tucker’s company of Mounted Virginia Rifles, in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her at the rate of sixteen dollars per month, in lieu of that which she is now receiving.
