CHAP. 583.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William H. H. Buck.July 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William H. II. Buck.Pension increased.Vol. 20. p. 619.Vol. 24. p. 865. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of William H. H. Buck, late private of Company G. First Vermont Cavalry, and pay him a pension in accordance with the 1117 degree of disability actually existing by reason of chronic rheumatism and resulting curvature of spine and varicose veins of leg.
Received by the President June 25, 1888. [Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
