CHAP. 58.— An act granting a pension to Mary Jane Jelly.January 16, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Jane Jelly. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and restrictions of the pension laws, the name of Mary Jane Jelly, widow of Frank Trask, late a private in Company F, Eighth Regiment Connecticut Volunteers. Approved, January 16, 1889.
