CHAP. 565.— An Act to increase the pension of Lucius B. Varney.July 5, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucius B. Varney.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Lucius B. Varney, late a private of Company E. Fourth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, to forty-five dollars per month. Approved, July 5, 1888.
