CHAP. 56.— An act for the relief of Leaman L. Bowers.January 16, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Leaman L. Bowers. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is. authorized and directed to place the name of Leaman L. Bowers, late second sergeant of Company H. of the Tenth Regiment of Pennsylvania Reserves, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, January 16, 1889.
