CHAP. 548.— An Act granting a pension to Eliza Ann Shaver.July 5, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza Ann Shaver.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations or the pension laws, the name of Eliza Ann Shaver, as foster mother of Benjamin N. Shaver, late of Company E, Twenty-second Regiment New York State Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, July 5, 1888.
