CHAP. 540.— An Act granting a pension to James McCaffrey.July 5, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James McCaffrey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James McCaffrey, dependent father of Edward McCaffrey, late first lieutenant of Company A. One hundred and sixty-fourth New York Infantry Volunteers. Approved, July 5, 1888.
