CHAP. 538.— An Act granting a pension to Ruth Ann Porter.July 4, 1888. *Be it enacted by the. Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ruth Ann Porter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Ruth Ann Porter, dependent sister of George H. Porter, late a private in Company D, Third Regiment of Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, on the pension-roll, and pay tier a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, July 4, 1888.
