CHAP. 526.— An Act granting a pension to Ellen M. Thiers.July 4, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen M. Thiers.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Ellen M. Thiers, a resident of Battle Creek, Michigan, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, on account of disability resulting from disease contracted while serving as a hospital nurse during the war of the rebellion. Approved, July 4, 1888.
