CHAP. 522.— An Act granting a pension to Cynthia Witherell.July 4, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cynthia Witherell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Cynthia Witherell, widow of David J. Witherell, late of Captain Shumway’s company of New York Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 4, 1888.
