CHAP. 521.— An Act for the relief of John Fletcher.July 4, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Fletcher.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John Fletcher, of Franklin, Indiana, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, three thousand four hundred and fifty dollars, for loss of cattle, while in the employment of the United States, in the year eighteen hundred and seventy, by the Cheyenne and Arapaho Indians. Approved, July 4, 1888.
