CHAP. 52.— An Act to construct a road to the national cemetery at Corinth, Mississippi.April 2, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Corinth. Miss.Appropriation for road to national cemetery. That the sum of ten thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of constructing a macadamized or gravel road, or a road partly of gravel and partly of stone, from the town of Corinth.
Mississippi, to the national cemetery near that town, to be expended under the direction of the Secretary of War, or so much of the above sum as is necessary: *Provided*, That the right of way for said road, not less than*Proviso*.Right of way. sixty feet wide, shall first be secured to the United States. Approved, April 2, 1888.
