CHAP. 514.— An act granting a pension to Mrs. Helen Sutherland.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Helen Sutherland. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to put on the pension-roll the name of Mrs. Helen Sutherland, dependent mother of Andrew Sutherland, late private Company H, First Regiment Michigan Light Artillery. Approved, March 2, 1889.
